YANGON, Sept. 22 (Xinhua) -- Myanmar will hold the Yangon International Trade Expo 2024 on Oct. 25-27, according to organizer U Zarni on Sunday.
The event is expected to enhance local sales with special promotions for the country's traditional Thadingyut lighting festival, Zarni said.
More than 180 exhibits from over 100 local and international companies, including participants from China, Thailand, Malaysia and India, will be displayed, he added.
The expo will feature various sectors, including construction equipment, solar technology, batteries and related items, generators, electric vehicles, computers and food products. ■
