MANILA, July 11 (Xinhua) -- An Australian man, his Filipino-Australian wife, and another female believed to be the wife's relative were found dead at a hotel in Tagaytay City, south of Manila, on Thursday, police said.
Police Colonel Eleuterio Ricardo Jr., the police office director of Cavite province, said the discovery of the bodies was reported to the police on Wednesday afternoon.
Ricardo said an investigation is underway to determine the cause of the deaths.
Local authorities have been coordinating with the Australian Embassy in Manila. ■
