BEIJING, June 21 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted Vanuatu Islands at 14:17 GMT on Friday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 118.7 km, was initially determined to be at 15.08 degrees south latitude and 167.45 degrees east longitude. ■
