NEW YORK, June 12 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.9 jolted Talaud Islands, Indonesia, at 17:01:24 GMT on Wednesday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 75.2 km, was initially determined to be at 4.36 degrees north latitude and 126.66 degrees east longitude. ■
