NEW YORK, April 2 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.4 jolted 164 km ENE of Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands, at 22:16:43 GMT on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 13.2 km, was initially determined to be at 15.71 degrees north latitude and 147.20 degrees east longitude. ■
