SEOUL, March 9 (Xinhua) -- A 29-ton fishing boat carrying nine people capsized early Saturday morning near the waters off Yokjido Island in Tongyeong, South Gyeongsang Province of South Korea.
Patrol ships and helicopters have been dispatched to the site for rescue operations. ■
