KUALA LUMPUR, Jan. 26 (Xinhua) -- Search and rescue operation for the remaining three victims following a landslide in Malaysia's Pahang state on Friday was suspended at 7:00 p.m. local time due to bad weather.

According to Malaysian national news agency Bernama, Pahang Fire and Rescue Department Deputy Director Md Gezani Md Ghazi said operation will continue at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday. "Heavy rain has led to adverse weather conditions, and the soil structure has become unsafe and risky," he added.

In the landslide struck Cameron Highlands district, five Myanmar nationals were feared buried and two bodies of the five victims had been found.

District Police Chief Deputy Superintendent Azri Ramli said the victims were employed in vegetable farms there.
