BEIJING, Jan. 21 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.1 jolted Pagan region, Northern Mariana Islands at 15:48:41 GMT on Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 194.9 km, was initially determined to be at 18.48 degrees north latitude and 145.57 degrees east longitude. ■
