KABUL, Dec. 25 (Xinhua) -- Afghan caretaker government's Higher Education Ministry would provide facilities for postgraduate education in the war-torn country, acting Minister for Higher Education Sheikh Neda Mohammad Nadim said.
"Our efforts are to provide programs for Master's and Doctorate level education inside the country Afghanistan," the state-run Bakhter news agency quoted Nadim as saying.
Nadim also noted that the establishment in addition to facilitating the youth to continue education at Master's and Doctorate level inside the country would also create job opportunities for the educated people.
The minister has made the remarks amid a change in educational curriculum as countless Afghan students have left their country to continue education in foreign countries. ■
