HONG KONG, Dec. 11 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.3 jolted Tonga Islands at 06:33:33 GMT on Monday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 264.9 km, was initially determined to be at 18.86 degrees south latitude and 175.54 degrees west longitude. ■
