HONG KONG, Nov. 23 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 jolted Afghanistan-Tajikistan Border Region at 10:01:57 GMT on Thursday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 43.6 km, was initially determined to be at 38.86 degrees north latitude and 71.79 degrees east longitude. ■
