YANGON, Sept. 29 (Xinhua) -- Myanmar will host the China-Myanmar twin city media forum in its second largest city of Mandalay in the last week of November this year, an official from the country's Ministry of Information has said.
"As Mandalay and Kunming were designated as sister cities, the twin city media forum is scheduled to be held in Mandalay in the last week of November to make it more meaningful," U Ye Naing, director-general from the Ministry of Information, told Xinhua on Thursday.
About 30 representatives from China will join around 70 people from Myanmar, including media persons, in the forum, he said. ■
