NEW YORK, Aug. 28 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.9 jolted 171 km NNE of Gili Air, Indonesia at 19:56:32 GMT on Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 525.0 km, was initially determined to be at 6.90 degrees south latitude and 116.60 degrees east longitude. ■
