COLOMBO, Aug. 8 (Xinhua) -- The Sri Lankan Air Force has temporarily grounded all PT-6 training aircraft following Monday's accident that led to the deaths of two military personnel, the air force said on Tuesday.
The aircraft will be grounded until the Board of Inquiry appointed to investigate the crash releases its report, said Dushan Wijesinghe, the air force spokesman.
The training aircraft crashed at Sri Lanka's Air Force Academy in Trincomalee, the Eastern Province, on Monday morning. ■
