BEIJING, May 11 (Xinhua) -- A 7.5-magnitude earthquake jolted Tonga islands, at 0:02 Thursday Beijing Time, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center.
The epicenter, with a depth of 200 km, was monitored at 15.5 degrees south latitude and 174.5 degrees west longitude, the center said. ■
