SINGAPORE, Dec. 30 (Xinhua) -- Singapore reported 1,026 new cases of COVID-19 on Friday, bringing the total tally to 2,201,379.
A total of 87 cases are currently warded in hospitals, with four of them held in intensive care units, according to statistics released by the Ministry of Health.
No new deaths from COVID-19 were reported on Friday, making the total death toll stay unchanged at 1,711. ■
