BISHKEK, Nov. 21 (Xinhua) -- Six people were killed in a traffic accident in the Jalal-Abad region in southern Kyrgyzstan, the region's Department for Road Safety reported on Monday.
The incident occurred last weekend on the Kapchygay section of the Bishkek-Osh highway. According to the report, a minibus and a truck collided.
"The minibus driver drove into the oncoming lane and crashed into a truck. As a result, 6 people died -- the driver and passengers of the minibus," said the report. ■
