DHAKA, Nov. 10 (Xinhua) -- A Chinese readymade garment manufacturer in Bangladesh has won the Appreciation of Excellence Award-2022 for its contribution to the country's economy by establishing green industrial units and creating jobs for tens of thousands.
Industrial Police, a specialized unit of Bangladesh Police responsible for providing security in industrial zones, selected the Chinese LDC group for the Appreciation of Excellence Award-2022 along with another three local brands from thousands of company candidates.
Additional Inspector General of Bangladesh Police Md Mahabubor Rahman handed over the award to the representative of LDC Group, at a ceremony in Dhaka Thursday marking the 12th founding anniversary of Industrial Police. ■
