HANOI, July 7 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam recorded 913 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday, down by one from Wednesday, according to its Ministry of Health.
The new infections brought the total tally to 10,752,140 with 43,089 deaths. Nationwide, as many as 9,741,110 COVID-19 patients, or nearly 91 percent of the total infections, have so far recovered.
Nearly 234.6 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered in the Southeast Asian country, including over 207.1 million shots on people aged 18 and above, according to the health ministry. ■
