BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Feb. 8 (Xinhua) -- Brunei reported 252 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, bringing the total tally to 18,404.
According to Brunei's Ministry of Health, the newly recorded cases included 251 local infections and one import case.
As of Feb. 7, 94.9 percent of Brunei's population had received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccines, while 94.1 percent had completed their vaccination schedule of two doses and 43.1 percent had received three doses.
A total of 2,073 active cases are being treated and monitored in Brunei and 102 patients have died so far in the country. ■
