The "Show of Force" operation, involving the military, police, immigration, fire service, prisons, and the customs division of the Ghana Revenue Authority, deployed personnel, combat gear and hardware along major routes from the city of Accra to communities outside the capital to boost inter-agency cooperation and reinforce the country's security posture.
