NEW YORK, Jan. 3 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.1 jolted south of Africa at 18:07:13 GMT on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 52.40 degrees south latitude and 27.85 degrees east longitude. ■
