WINDHOEK, Nov. 30 (Xinhua) -- Namibia and Uganda's cricket teams secured spots in the 2024 International Cricket Council (ICC) Men's T20 World Cup after impressive victories in the Africa qualifiers, which concluded here on Thursday.

The regional finals, which took place from November 22 to 30, included seven teams competing for two Africa qualifying spots for the World Cup next year.

Namibia had a perfect record of five wins from five games during the qualifiers, while Uganda cruised to a nine-wicket victory over Rwanda on Thursday to secure the final African spot.
