NAIROBI, Nov. 11 (Xinhua) -- Wimbledon junior doubles champion Angela Okutoyi will be among the star attractions when Kenya hosts two women's World Tennis Tour tournaments from Nov. 14 in the capital, Nairobi.

Okutoyi will be one of the six local players that will feature at the event that has thus far attracted 45 players and 10 coaches from 21 countries and regions for the 15,000 U.S. dollar prize money event.

"It is a wonderful thing that I will be competing at this event because it is the first tournament for me this year in my homeland. I am looking forward to the competition," Okutoyi told the media during the launch of the tournaments here on Thursday.

Play will start with the qualifiers on Sunday and the main draw will be at the same venue on Tuesday with ITF world ranking and WTA points also up for grabs.
