HONG KONG, Sept. 14 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.0 jolted the Samoa Islands region at 05:08:06 GMT on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 16.915 degrees south latitude and 168.778 degrees west longitude. ■
