BEIJING, Nov. 9 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted Near East Coast of Honshu, Japan at 2016 GMT on Sunday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 38.23 degrees north latitude and 142.01 degrees east longitude. ■
