HONG KONG, Nov. 1 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.1 jolted the Vanuatu Islands at 1147 GMT on Sunday, the GFZ German Research Center for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 14.14 degrees south latitude and 165.91 degrees east longitude. ■
