QIQIHAR, Oct. 28 (Xinhua) -- Various measures have been adopted to tackle difficulties in railway construction amid low temperatures, and to ensure that the project advance in an efficient and orderly manner.
This railway serves as a critical artery connecting the Greater Khingan Mountains and the outer world.
