MANILA, Oct. 27 (Xinhua) -- A father and his infant were killed and a woman was injured when a sand-laden dump truck ran over their motorcycle in Quezon City of the Philippines' capital region Metro Manila on Tuesday.
The woman was taken for medical attention. The motorcycle was crushed beneath the heavy vehicle, leaving it severely damaged.
The incident also disrupted traffic, with spilled sand and oil covering part of the roadway. Investigations are underway. ■
