PHNOM PENH, Oct. 27 (Xinhua) -- Cambodia and Japan have signed an Exchange of Notes for the extension of a Japanese yen loan for the Enhancing Economic Resilience and Stable Energy Supply project, Cambodia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation said in a press release Tuesday.
The project aims to bolster supply-chain resilience and mitigate socio-economic impacts through government intervention measures designed to stabilize the economy, sustain livelihoods, and support energy management and transition. ■
