BEIJING, Oct. 26 (Xinhua) -- China has noted that Brazil's Superior Electoral Court announced President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva's victory in the second round of Brazil's presidential election, and extends its congratulations, Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun said at a regular press briefing on Monday.
China stands ready to work with Brazil to steadily advance the building of the China-Brazil community with a shared future, Guo added. ■
