KABUL, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) -- A total of 24 people were injured, some critically, after a minibus veered off the road in the northern Afghan province of Faryab on Friday evening, provincial police spokesman Mawlawi Abdullah Muradi said Saturday.
The passengers were traveling to attend a wedding ceremony in Khyber district when the accident occurred, leaving 24 people, including women and children, injured, some of them critically, the official said.
