LONDON, Oct. 10 (Xinhua) -- Arsenal came back from a goal down to move level on points with Manchester City at the top of the Premier League on Saturday before City visits Liverpool on Sunday.

James Justin put Leeds United ahead at the Emirates Stadium in the 55th minute and the solid visiting side was good value for its lead.

However, Arsenal equalized in the 62nd minute when Riccardo Calafiori was able to place a neat volley past James Trafford in the Leeds goal after a move that saw Arsenal use the full width of the pitch.

Arsenal's strength in depth was then a key factor as Bruno Guimaraes hit the winning goal seven minutes after coming on as a second half substitute.

Chelsea was quick out of the starting blocks with a 5-1 win at home to Bournemouth, with Xabi Alonso's side 2-0 ahead after just three minutes thanks to goals from Jordan Henderson and Morgan Rogers.

Joao Pedro added Chelsea's third goal at the start of the second half and although Evanilson momentarily gave the visiting side hope, further goals from Joao Pedro and Henderson rounded off a positive day at Stamford Bridge.

Manchester United and Tottenham drew 1-1 at Old Trafford with Tottenham salvaging a point despite being reduced to 10 men.

Manchester United was booed off when the two teams went in 0-0 at halftime, but Bryan Mbuemo gave home fans something to cheer about when he put his side ahead in the 73rd minute.

The three points looked safe when Tottenham defender Rodrigo Bentancur was sent off in the 78th minute following an altercation with Luke Shaw, but Dominik Solanke headed home a late equalizer in stoppage time.

Brighton continued its positive start to the season with a 2-0 win away to an injury-hit Sunderland, who was reduced to 10 men after Pascal Struijk was sent off four minutes after Maxim De Cuyper opened the scoring in the 53rd minute.

Jaouen Hadjam scored Brighton's second goal in the third minute of injury time.

Aston Villa and Brentford shared four goals, with both teams leading once, but neither able to hold onto their advantage. Yehor Yarmoliuk put Brentford ahead in the 10th minute before Nicolas Jackson equalized two minutes later.

John McGinn then gave Aston Villa a 77th minute lead but that lasted just two minutes before Kristoffer Ajer scored Brentford's second of the game.

Fulham remains without a win after surrendering a lead to lose 2-1 away to Ipswich Town.

Ryan Sessegnon put the visiting side ahead with a 55th minute strike but Fulham was frustrated by late goals from Abdoul Ouattara in the 88th minute, before Dara O'Shea netted a 91st winner for Ipswich. ■
