BEIJING, Oct. 3 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.1 jolted off east coast of Kamchatka at 1634 GMT on Friday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 51.69 degrees north latitude and 159.66 degrees east longitude. ■
