BEIJING, Oct. 2 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 jolted Santa Cruz Islands at 1938 GMT on Thursday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 11.79 degrees south latitude and 167.2 degrees east longitude. ■
