BRASILIA -- Brazil and the United States have agreed to form a working group to discuss U.S. tariffs on Brazilian goods and other bilateral trade issues, Brazil's Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services said Wednesday.

The agreement followed talks between Brazilian Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira, Development, Industry, Trade and Services Minister Marcio Elias Rosa and U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer in Milwaukee in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. (Brazil-US-Tariffs)

WASHINGTON -- U.S. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth said on Wednesday that the department is creating the "Autonomous Warfare Command," a new four-star combatant command with service-like authorities built to "scale autonomous and robotic capabilities across the joint force."

DAMASCUS -- Seven people were killed and four others wounded on Wednesday when unidentified assailants attacked a vehicle in Syria's central Homs province, state news agency SANA reported.
