Under the Global Young Leaders Dialogue (GYLD) initiative, young participants from multiple countries joined a Grand Canal cultural heritage tour across Yangzhou, Shaoxing and Ningbo, following the historic waterway that has shaped communities for centuries.
From ancient water engineering to vibrant canal-side life, they explored how the Grand Canal continues to connect history, culture and everyday life in modern China.
