HANOI, Sept. 28 (Xinhua) -- Two people were killed and one person was injured in a collision between a truck and a motorcycle in Vietnam's central Quang Tri province on Monday afternoon, the Vietnam News Agency reported.
The accident occurred at around 4 p.m. local time in Kim Ngan commune when the truck collided with a motorcycle carrying three family members, according to the report.
The collision killed a man and his father at the scene, while his mother was taken to hospital for emergency treatment, the report said.
Local authorities are investigating the cause of the accident. ■
