NAGOYA, Japan, Sept. 26 (Xinhua) -- China's Su Wen leapt 17.42 meters to win the men's triple jump title at the 2026 Asian Games on Saturday, breaking a Games record that had stood for 36 years.
Su, the 2026 Asian indoor champion, surpassed the 17.31-meter mark set by compatriot Zou Sixin at the 1990 Beijing Games by 11 centimeters. Japan's Miyao Manato took silver with 16.77 meters, while China's Ma Yinglong won bronze with 16.75. ■
