NAGOYA, Japan, Sept. 25 (Xinhua) -- Thailand's Puripol Boonson won the men's 100 meters title in 9.90 seconds, a new Games record, at the 2026 Asian Games on Friday.
Boonson, 20, clocked 9.95 seconds in Thursday's heat before setting a then Asian Games record of 9.91 in the semifinals. ■
