BEIJING, Sept. 23 (Xinhua) -- The Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee on Wednesday announced the appointments of Party chiefs for the provinces of Anhui, Henan and Fujian.

Li Lecheng has been appointed the Party chief of Anhui, replacing Liang Yanshun.

Zhou Zuyi assumes the post of Henan's Party chief, replacing Liu Ning. Zhou no longer serves as the Party chief of Fujian.

Zhao Long has been appointed the Party chief of Fujian. ■
