Where are the world's biggest innovation hubs?
A new ranking from the World Intellectual Property Organization shows that China has 25 of the world's top 100 innovation clusters -- the most of any country for the fourth consecutive year.
WIPO says these clusters bring together universities, researchers, inventors, venture capital and R&D -- creating the conditions in which breakthrough ideas can flourish.
