Rescue teams are hurrying to mudslide-hit Gyirong Port, southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region.
Roads, power and communications have been cut off.
The mudslide occurred on Wednesday morning in Nepal, resulting in three people dead and 265 others missing at Gyirong Port as of 8 p.m., according to initial estimates.
