BEIJING, Aug. 27 (Xinhua) -- The 13th Beijing Xiangshan Forum will be held in the Chinese capital from Sept. 15 to 17, a spokesperson for China's Ministry of National Defense said on Thursday.
Themed "Build Consensus on Stability, Advance Security Governance Together," this year's forum will feature four plenary sessions and eight parallel sessions, spokesperson Zhang Xiaogang told a regular press conference. ■
