BEIJING, Aug. 27 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 jolted northern Colombia at 1645 GMT on Wednesday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 150 km, was initially determined to be at 6.70 degrees north latitude and 73.09 degrees west longitude. ■
