HARBIN, Aug. 22 (Xinhua) -- Northeast China's Heilongjiang Province has a 2,981-kilometer border, boasting unique ecological resources, geographical advantages, and industrial potential. In recent years, Heilongjiang has seen robust development in specialty industries including cross-border trade, on-site processing, and eco-tourism, boosting employment and income for border-region residents.
