BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Aug. 19 (Xinhua) -- Brunei's Agriculture and Agri-Food Department open day is being held from Wednesday to Thursday at a recreational park near the capital.
The department said the event aims to increase public awareness and understanding of the services and initiatives it provides to the public and agricultural entrepreneurs.
It also hopes the open day will provide industry players and the public with a broader understanding of the department's services while contributing to a stronger agricultural production value chain.
Twenty Bruneian vendors from private companies are taking part in the event, showcasing a range of products, innovative technologies and services that can help improve productivity and support the development of the agriculture and agri-food sector. ■
