RIO DE JANEIRO, Aug. 17 (Xinhua) -- Substitute Vitor Bueno struck with a superb 95th-minute free kick as Remo salvaged a 1-1 away draw with Internacional in Brazil's Serie A on Monday.
Colombian winger Johan Carbonero opened the scoring with a first time effort into the bottom left corner after Matheus Bahia's cross from the left wing.
Bueno, who replaced Leonel Picco at halftime, sent a dipping 40-yard shot from a set piece beyond goalkeeper Matheus Cunha as Remo clinched an unlikely point in Porto Alegre.
The result leaves Internacional 16th in Brazil's 20-team Serie A standings with 24 points from 23 games.
Remo, which returned to the top-flight this year for the first time in more than three decades, is 18th, a point further back. ■
