KATHMANDU, Aug. 14 (Xinhua) -- Four people were killed after a landslide buried two houses in Nepal's western Rolpa district on Thursday night, police said on Friday.
The victims were two men and two women. "All the bodies were recovered from the incident site," Krishna Shrestha, spokesperson for the district police, told Xinhua.
Monsoon rains have triggered landslides and floods across Nepal in recent days, leading to loss of lives and properties.
Ten people were killed and two others remained missing after a landslide swept through a small settlement on Wednesday night in the same district. ■
