MOSCOW, Aug. 13 (Xinhua) -- A serviceman of the Russian Defense Ministry was killed in an explosion in Sevastopol on Thursday, said the city's governor Mikhail Razvozhayev.
A young woman was detained on the spot by the Federal Security Service on allegations of carrying out the attack on instructions from Ukrainian special services, Razvozhayev said.
An investigation into the case is ongoing. ■
